Consumer First Title's Seminar Series puts our settlement agents and Lender Partners in front of 20 to 40 Realtors every two weeks. No other marketing program we undertake works as well for building business. When we see so many people so often, bonding and relationships follow naturally. This strategy works best for our Lender Partners when they, themselves, provide the content for the seminars. However, we have also found that content must be timely, useful and interesting. Simply promoting your own products not only does not work, it tends to allienate attendees.
