She started with 10 years in the settlement processor's seat before graduating to settlement agent, so she has seen just about every situation that can arise and has a soothing yet authoritative way of solving problems. Previous to starting Consumer First Title, she managed the Camp Springs office of Fountainhead Title, which was the most profitable office in the company's Washington Division.
